Education & Certification:
- A graduate of the Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Master of Arts degree in Industrial and Labor Relations, Natalie also attended Robert Morris University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
Natalie Campbell is the Director of Human Resources with Arnett Carbis Toothman LLP. Her responsibilities include recruiting prospective employees, counseling team members and partners on employment-related issues, resource management, disciplinary actions and terminations, annual evaluation and compensation review process, and analyzing and making recommendations on employment practices. Natalie is the Coordinator of Firmwide Scheduling.
She also coordinates the maintenance of health insurance and benefit packages for the Firm. Natalie trains team members on items pertaining to Firm policy and procedure and employment related regulations and issues. She has been instrumental in launching and implementing a Firmwide program for continual improvement of employee morale.
Membership & Service:
- Natalie is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Western Pennsylvania Human Resource Association (WPHRA). Additionally, she speaks at various colleges and universities on resume writing and interview skills. Natalie has also served as an adjunct professor for Human Resources and Labor Relations courses.
