Mark is a Partner in Arnett Carbis Toothman LLP. Mark has worked in the tax field for over 35 years. Mark works in the individual, corporate and fiduciary tax areas. Mark is very familiar with income taxes and estate and gift taxes. Mark has served in fiduciary capacities and assisted in estate administration in many states across the country. Mark has also worked with many small businesses and their owners in various industries. Mark has consulted with attorneys and spoken to various civic and professional groups regarding income and estate tax planning.

He is a 1973 Graduate Of West Virginia University With A Bachelor Of Science In Business Administration. Mark Earned His Certified Public Accountant License In 1975 and is currently licensed In West Virginia. He Obtained The Designation Of Certified Financial Planner In 1992.

Mark is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the WV Society of Certified Public Accountants (WVSCPAs), and the Central Chapter of the WVSCPA's, the North Central WV Estate Planning Council and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP).  He has served in various capacities with the Harrison County United Way and serves on the board of Kappa Sigma Pi, which is affiliated with Pressley Ridge center for troubled children and young adults.
